Tuesday Morning Meditation

Start your day in a calm and positive state of mind! Join this friendly group session for some simple guided meditation. We will explore two main meditation techniques:
- Mindfulness of Breathing - a classic method to calm and direct your busy brain;
- Metta Bhavana - developing empathy and kindness towards self and others.
Cost £5 per session (first session is free).
These meditations are from Buddhism but you don't need to be a Buddhist to do them - this class is for everyone!
Chairs provided or bring your own kit and sit on the floor if you prefer. Beginners are welcome, also seasoned meditators who'd like to practise with others.
